Irene Ogongo

PRINCIPAL ADVISOR

Irene Ogongo is a Quality Improvement coach
and a licensed nurse. She is in charge of the
advisory, quality management and training
engagements across the business. She spearheads the development of processes and
project designs.

In the last 17 years she has worked with
non-governmental organizations, levels 1-5
Hospitals and Ministries of health in both Eastern
and Western Africa including Kenya, Rwanda,
Ghana, Sierra Leone, Nigeria and Liberia to
establish standards in different health departments at both county and national level through
training and coaching.

After seeing the transformation in care delivery,
Irene strongly believes that presence of standards and an inclusive work space empowers
staff to provide meaningful high-quality care

Fenny Kenyanito

Quality Improvement Specialist

Fenny Kenyanito, our operations lead, is a
healthcare professional with over 13 years
of lived experience in developing and
executing healthcare support systems.

With a background in healthcare financing,
Fenny brings onboard expertise in revenue
management, healthcare growth models
as well as healthcare facility operational
expediency.

She supports healthcare organisations in
improving their processes to maximise
profits and minimize losses by leveraging on
the art of healthcare provision on top of the
technical (science) side.

At Nia, She’s in charge of coordinating the
day to day activities of the organization.

We also work with an established multidisciplinary network of consultants with vast experience in healthcare improvement.
